PAYMENT

You can pay by credit card by simply completing the credit card payment details on the order form. Alternatively we will invoice your organization for the full amount f your purchase (including VAT & delivery).

Coastal promises to provide you with exceptional training materials in a prompt, efficient manner. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days for a full refund. All prices are subject to change without notice. Tapes are sold for the life of the cassette. However, Coastal will gladly replace any tape which is damaged or proves defective within six months of purchase.

SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped via TNT the day after they are received.
Previews and rentals should be returned via a traceable shipping service such as the companies above. The customer is responsible for loss or damage on return shipments. For your protection, you may want to insure the package for full value. Failure to return previews and rentals via a traceable means could result in your organization being billed for the full purchase price plus shipping. The customer is responsible for transportation charges when returning previews and rentals.

LATE CHARGES

Late returns of previews may be subject to additional rental charges up to the full purchase price of the materials ordered
